My WIT

These are my cards that I made for our (my group)WIT- WILDLY IMPORTANT TASK . Our class had a volunteering WIT but we  choose a child friendly volunteering task so me and my group made Christmas cards to send  overseas to some of the New Zealand Defence Force  that are away from their families at Christmas time . I am very proud with my cards . I hope the New Zealand Defence Force like the cards. The cards where sent to the army in Christchurch Burnham.

My Carnival art


My carnival art was a tie dye t-shirt with a screen printed black smiley face on it . I am very proud of how my carnival art turned out:) . My favorite part on my t-shirt is the black smiley on the  tie dye blue background.

My Information report on Nesquik

We all love Nesquik but when you realise what it can do to you will be worried in my opinion



Sugar we all love but we you see how much is in this drink you will be surprize . For something to be healthy it should be under 10g per 100g but in this drink it’s got 23g . So you are properly wondering why are you drinking this ?


If you have too much fat in your if can be very dangerous. Too much fat in your food it can increase the rate for you having diabetes

Too much salt is your food the extra water stored in your body raises your blood pressure so the more salt you have the higher your blood pressure the higher your blood pressure the greater the stain in your heart . this can lead to Heart attacks , Strokes and Kidney diseases . So I strongly recommend not to have too much salt in your food.


As you can see nesquik is not a good drink so instead you could just have a glass of milk
